Gluten Free Menu Options
Most of our salads are naturally gluten-free. Skip the ramen in the Sweet Thai Chili salad and if you are Celiac skip the gyro meat in the Greek salad. While we do cater to celiac customers by changing gloves and offering gluten-free menu items, we cannot guarantee there is no cross-contamination. We do try very hard though!

The only menu items we have that contain peanuts are our Sweet Thai Chili sauce and Kung Pao sauce which include peanut butter. Everything else is peanut free. Though we try really hard to avoid cross-contamination we can’t guarantee there has been no contact with peanuts. We are happy to change our gloves while preparing your meal to help mitigate risk. However, we are not a certified nut-free facility.
While some of our sauces are made with greek yogurt, we do have alternatives.
These sauces contain no dairy: Wildfire, Sweet Thai Chili, Cider Bomb dressing, Kung Pao,
These menu items are completely free of all animal products.
Valley Veggie Wrap or Salad
These calorie counts are based on the full recipe listed in our menu. Calories can be significantly reduced by asking for dressing on the side, skipping cheese and/or meat, and choosing the salad option.
